• Actively considers trainees’ feedback and suggestions to continuously enhance the quality of its programs.
• Retains copyright for all teaching materials distributed during training.

Rules for trainees:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on all CERONAV premises, except designated smoking areas.
• Access to CERONAV facilities is allowed only to individuals dressed appropriately and presenting a valid identity document.
• The use of mobile phones during training sessions is forbidden.

Non-compliance with these rules may lead to expulsion from the training program, based on the decision of the program coordinator or a committee appointed by the Head of Education Division or Galati Branch Manager, as applicable.
