Between May and November 2025, CERONAV experts took part in seven mobility activities aimed at supporting professional development and adaptation to new educational and organizational trends.
Six mobilities, organized in Germany, Croatia, and Belgium, focused on participation in advanced training courses addressing:
- the integration of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into learning processes,
- the use of digital tools to enhance professional efficiency and creativity,
- the development of management and leadership skills, with an emphasis on values, sustainability, and global impact.
One job shadowing mobility, organized at Novikontas in Latvia, provided the opportunity to directly observe professional approaches, work processes, and organizational models applied at the international level.
These experiences contributed to the enhancement of professional competencies, the exchange of best practices, and increased openness to innovation and international collaboration.
