CERONAV offers a diversified portfolio consisting of 28 initial training courses, 4 mandatory refresher courses, and 8 optional courses designed for personnel working aboard river vessels.
All training programs are fully aligned with the requirements of European Directive 2017/2397 on the recognition of professional qualifications in inland navigation. As a result, the certificates issued by CERONAV are recognized across all EU member states.
Practical training is carried out using state-of-the-art simulators such as the full mission bridge simulator for maritime and inland navigation, engine room simulator and GMDSS – VHF – DSC maritime radio communication simulator. River navigation radar systems are also utilized, alongside various hands-on facilities such as the firefighting training facilities, first aid medical lab, seamanship lab, and a mooring pontoon equipped with a gravity crane, a totally enclosed lifeboat and a POSEIDON boat.
