Complaint against failure to provide the requested information within the legal deadline

I hereby file an administrative complaint, in accordance with Law No. 544/2001 on free access to information of public interest, as subsequently amended and supplemented, as I did not receive the requetsed information within the legal deadline, established by law.

I hereby request you to reconsider the decision not to provide the information of public interest in writing/electronic format, considering that my right to information, according to the law, has been violated.
