Enrollment in Courses

For individuals:

  • Online – from the course page;
  • At the enrollment desk in the CERONAV Constanta headquarters at Str. Pescarilor nr 69 A

For legal entities:

  • By sending an order and concluding a service contract. Payment Methods

Payment for the courses can be made by paying the course fee at the time of enrollment, within two working days, in an amount of 50% or 100%:

  • If paying 50% of the fee, the difference between the approved fee and the fee at the start date of the course and the initial advance will be paid by the end of the course.
  • If paying 100% of the fee, the student has no further financial obligation to the institution.

Payment of the above-mentioned amounts can be made as follows:

For individuals:

  • Online with a card – select the desired period from the course page, press the enrollment button, after checking the data press the Finalize enrollment button, enter the authentication data or create a new account, choose the payment method.
  • In cash or by bank card directly at the institution’s cash desks in Constanta Str Pescarilor nr 69 A or at the Galati Subunit at Str. Portului nr 20.

For legal entities (ATTENTION! ONLY FOR LEGAL ENTITIES!):

  • Directly at the institution’s cash desks in cash,
  • By transfer to the CERONAV account, according to a contract*
  • Payment for legal entities will only be made following the approval of the order or the conclusion of the service contract. Attendance at courses is mandatory. Absence from the course leads to expulsion, without refunding the participation fee. In special cases, when evident justifying documents are presented, students can be rescheduled for the same course with the approval of the Director of Studies, respectively the Director of the Galati Subunit.

Conditions for Refunding the Course Fee

The fee paid for participation in the course can be refunded if the refund request is made before the start of the course and, in special situations, based on justifying documents, with the approval of the Economic Director and after the start/completion of the course.
